Works with your AI assistant
Bring yourown AI.
Connect Kovra to the AI assistant you already use and ask about your plan the way you’d ask a coach. It reads your weeks, your recent training and when you’re busy, and can write a week or move a session, inside the same rules as Kovra’s planner.
Works with any assistant that supports MCP connectors.
I’m in Québec City Thursday to Saturday next week, hotel gym only. Can you plan around it?
- get_availability
- write_week
Next week is still a draft. I kept your long ride on Sunday, moved the swim to Wednesday morning before you leave, and gave Thursday and Friday a hotel-gym session and an easy run. Hours stay at 8 h 40, a touch under the 9 h target.
What you allow
What your AI sees and does
You choose what to allow when you connect: reading your plan, writing to it, or both.
Reads
- Your plan and every week at a glance
- Your profile, preferences and training windows
- Your training and how planned sessions went, up to 90 days back
- When your calendar is busy. Never what your events are.
Writes
- Starts a new plan from the same setup as the app
- Writes a whole week into your open slots
- Adds, changes, moves or deletes a session
- Changes reach your calendar and watch once a week is published
Built in, not promised
Rules your AI can’t break
Kovra checks every change your AI makes against the same rules its own planner follows. A change that breaks one is refused.
Past days stay put
Your AI can only change a week from today on. Yesterday is history.
Your record is yours
Sessions you’ve done, skipped or added yourself stay as they are. Your AI can add a note, nothing more.
Told to ask first
A change to this week reaches your calendar and watch right away, so Kovra’s tools tell your AI to check with you before making it.
Only open slots
Rest days, days off and times outside your windows stay closed, unless you ask for an extra day.
Clearly marked
Weeks an assistant writes are marked as its own in the app. Generate one in the app and Kovra’s planner takes it back.

Questions
Good to know
Do I need an AI to use Kovra?
No. Kovra’s planner writes your weeks on its own. Your AI is an extra way to talk your plan through.
Which assistants work?
Any assistant or agent that supports remote MCP connectors with sign-in. They all connect with the same URL.
Can it see my meetings?
It sees when you’re busy, never what your events are about.
Can I go back to Kovra’s planner?
Any time. Generate a week in the app and Kovra’s planner writes it again.
How do I disconnect?
Settings › Connections lists every assistant you’ve connected, with when it was last used. Disconnect stops it at once.
