Why two weeks at a time
Plan close.Keep the season in view.
Most plans are written months ahead and broken by Wednesday. Kovra details two weeks at a time, inside the shape of your whole season, so the plan always matches the life you actually have.

The problem
A 14-week plan is a guess
A plan written in September can’t know about the work trip in October or the cold you catch in November. By week three, you’re the one rewriting it.
Two 14-week plans side by side. The fixed plan is detailed from day one and breaks in weeks 4, 6, 7 and 10. Kovra details only the next two weeks and keeps the rest as the shape of the season.

Why two weeks
- 01
Your calendar is real two weeks out
Meetings, trips and family plans are mostly known two weeks ahead. Further out, any plan is guessing.
- 02
Enough time to get ready
You see next week before it starts: book the pool lane, plan the long ride, swap a morning with your partner.
- 03
Your body gets a say
How the week felt, any injuries, which days look tough. Each Sunday check-in shapes the week that gets added.
Every week
Locked, draft, shape
At any moment you have one week you can count on, one you can still shape, and a season that knows where it’s going.
- This week · locked in
Count on it
In your calendar and on your watch. If a day goes sideways, skip or move a session and Kovra rebalances the rest of the week.
In your calendar
- Next week · draft
Still yours to shape
Every session placed, nothing final. Mark a tough day or move a session any time before Sunday’s fine-tune.
Locks on its Monday
- To race day · shape
Knows where it’s going
Each week ahead has a phase and target hours, so the details always add up to a taper that lands on race day.

- Check in
- Fine-tune next week
- It locks Monday
- The week after is drafted
Close up, not short-sighted
The season still has a shape
Two weeks is the detail, not the horizon. Kovra keeps your base, build, peak and taper in mind, and race day never moves. A bad week bends the plan instead of breaking it.

Questions
Good to know
Can I see further than two weeks?
Yes. The Plan screen shows every week to race day with its phase and target hours. Sessions are placed two weeks out.
Can I change next week before Sunday?
Yes. Next week is a draft until its Monday: move a session or mark a tough day whenever you know.
What if this week goes sideways?
Skip or move a session and Kovra rebalances the rest of the week. Sick or injured? Pause the plan; your first week back is gentler.
Does race day ever move?
No. Kovra bends the weeks in between so your taper still lands on the day.
Your next two weeks, ready by Sunday.
